The Law improves the access rules to the inter country electricity networks for the export of electricity, facilitation of the development of the competition relations during the external economic activity in Electric Power Engineering sphere.
The Bill envisages in particular that the access to the throughput of the inter countries electricity networks of Ukraine is allotted at the auction conditions. The rules of the auction are approved by the National Commission on Electric Power Engineering Regulation of Ukraine and determines the finance guarantees access to the throughput of the inter countries electricity networks of Ukraine, dimension of throughput of the inter countries electricity networks of Ukraine etc.
The corresponding Bill is registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, №1317.
